With our organization’s mission always in mind, we strive to find new strategies for dealing with homelessness, human trafficking and suicide. CARE PACKAGE DONATIONS

Helping The Community

At The Transition Project, we are dedicated to stepping up our efforts in addressing this issue. Care package Donation include toiletries, chap stick, wipes, cell phone, medical, education and life time mentor-ship. Donations can be drop-Off, mail or pick up. This is by no means an easy feat, but through cooperation and community empowerment we believe we can facilitate growth in the young population. We are always striving to make a difference, and invite you to learn more and lend your support.

Reinforcing our Commitment

With this initiative, our goal is to promote great opportunities for those in need. Providing a life time mentor is one of our best assets.
